In 2007
Gürsel Sen
founded the company ASAP Technical Service GmbH in Heilbronn.
ASAP Technical Service GmbH
(formerly Engineering GmbH).
In 2009
After the entry of
Michael Neisen as a shareholder,
the ASAP Holding GmbH was founded as an umbrella company.
In the new company, Gürsel Sen
Gürsel Sen took over the position of CFO while Michael Neisen was appointed as CEO.
Gradually, other limited liability companies were founded under the umbrella of ASAP Holding.
In 2022
For strategic reasons, a management a management buy-out took place, as a result of which
ASAP Technical Service GmbH
can now take off as an independent company. In the new independent company
Gürsel Sen (CEO) and Selim Ustaalioglu (COO) are responsible as managing directors.
The aim of the company is to implement new service areas as well as internationalization.
